I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Missouri specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Columbia, Missouri.
I have experience working in substance abuse and family systems, facilitating support and psychoeducational groups, and leading community based classes on self management. I have a true passion for working with older adults and caregivers. I have provided individual and family therapy as well as care coordination in a residential setting with this population for four years. I provide a strengths-based, solutions focused approach with my clients, working alongside them to identify coping strategies, needs and goals. I believe in thorough assessment and relationship building to determine which approach is best for each individual.
